We are a Micro Bakery based in Dublin 15 that specializes in Organic Sourdough Bread and Bake Products with an Italian and French Style.
As the Bread Industry is based on the Commercial Yeast and added improvers in the Industrial Flours making the gluten and fiber of the bread structure less digestible and harming for our bodies, we decided to bring back ancient method of Sourdough into the bread scene.
Our primary goal is customer satisfaction and we are very eager to reach and exceed your expectations.
Either is a Thursday Breakfast toast or an important event on the weekend, we want you to feel special.
